Come explore Wisconsin’s beautiful parks while reconnecting with yourself through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each workshop combines gentle activities like hiking or yoga with a guided art session—perfect for all levels. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll relax, recharge, and express yourself through painting, drawing, or other creative practices.

A welcoming outdoor experience (yoga, light movement, or mindful hiking)

Step-by-step guided art workshop (watercolor, acrylic, or mixed media depending on the event)

All art supplies provided

Time to enjoy the scenery, connect with others, and create something meaningful
Whether you’re seeking inspiration, a mindful reset, or simply a fun way to spend time outdoors, these workshops are designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

SEE YOU AT THE PARK!!!
TIMELINE DETAILS:
Arrival & Mingling (15–40 minutes)

Guests arrive, settle in, and mingle.

Provide light refreshments: water, juices, or herbal teas, along with some light snacks.

Allows time for hikers or travelers to reach the location and rest before starting activities.
Yoga Session (30 minutes)

Begin with a grounding, beginner-friendly yoga flow.

Option A: One continuous 30-minute session before painting.
-
Option B: Break yoga into 3 mini-sessions (10 minutes each) woven between painting steps, for ongoing relaxation and focus.
Painting Workshop (1–1.5 hours)

Step-by-step painting class or creative workshop activity.

Guests are guided through techniques but encouraged to add their own style.

Option to take short breaks in between for stretching, chatting, or enjoying beverages.
Wrap-Up (10–15 minutes)

Extra time buffer for finishing touches on paintings.

Socializing, group photos, and packing up supplies.

Event hosts can thank participants, share upcoming event info, or invite feedback.
